1. Device Activation, Connection, and Data Services
Types of Information:
Device Identification Information: To activate and manage the device you have purchased, we collect unique identifiers and configuration details such as the device's serial number, model, firmware version, and MAC address.
Device Operation and Measurement Data: During normal operation and the execution of measurement tasks, the device—depending on its specific functions—collects and uploads relevant operational status logs, event records, and measurement data (e.g., distance, angles, coordinate point clouds, etc.).
Network Information: Includes the IP address used when the device connects to a network, network quality data, connection timestamps, etc.
Purpose of Use: Used to activate the device, link the device to your user account, and provide core services such as remote monitoring, data visualization, measurement result analysis, and alert notifications.
2. Communication with You
Types of Information: When you contact our technical support or sales teams, you may provide additional communication records, feedback, problem descriptions, and relevant supporting documents.
Purpose of Use: Used to respond to your inquiries, process your service requests, resolve technical issues, and gather product feedback to improve the quality of our services.
II. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure of Information
We attach great importance to the confidentiality of your information and will never sell your data. We share information with third parties only in the following necessary circumstances:
With Your Explicit Consent: We collect device data only with your prior knowledge and active authorization; however, all such data is stored locally within the App and is not stored in the cloud.
III. Your Data Rights
You retain full control over the information stored locally within the App; please note that there is no cloud support for this data. You have the right to delete your local data; once deleted, such data cannot be recovered.
IV. How We Protect and Store Your Information
We employ security technologies and management measures that comply with industry standards (such as data encryption and access controls) to protect your information. However, please be aware that since data is stored exclusively in the App's local database, it cannot be recovered via the cloud.
V. Protection of Minors
Our products and services are primarily intended for businesses and individual users who possess full civil capacity. We do not actively offer products or services to minors.
